One page many people used when buying a Surf (it used to be posted here all the time) was Codlord's 'Frequently Asked Questions.'

I've copied this onto my site now:

For the oldies here, was there a clear way of navigating his site, or did you just know where things were? I couldn't find a link to the FAQ anywhere on the site, but had to find the link someone gave me in an old thread here.

Clicking on either the full change log or using the sitemap showed it. It's all here now if you want/need anything from it.

Nicely done - did you have access to a copy of his site? Most articles on the archive site have missing pictures - see here for example.

Excellent start!!

Having all these things in one place (or even several one places) is fantastic for noobs like me.

I'm just starting to find my way around this site ( and my Surf ).
