just a quickie on the steering box when you do a body lift up to 50mm and yothey say to undo the three retaining bolts on the column the bottom 2 are grooved so they will not give unless you take the bolt right out which means you cant put it back in the one in the foot well does not have this and is the one that gives the extra bit of play is this the same on all models or just second gen? cheers mate

Ps do you have any strong bash plates

I got a couple of the standard metal bashplates here.
As long as you can get the right adjustment on the shaft then it should be ok anyway.Just slacken all 3 off to be on the safeside then once the lift is done then the shaft will adjust itself to the right length.(it should do anyway)
