By eck, you big girls blouse. You do take the ump easily. Seriously though, take the pub situation. The fact that I'm not a drinker makes me pretty neutral on the subject, so an unbiased opinion. The pious, self righteous little pricks who were complaining about passive smoking and all that crap are now getting the red hot poker rammed up their own arses. In my opinion, poetic justice. No more, no less. A lot of drinkers fuelled the banning wagon when it was something they disliked, so in honesty, none of you can take the hump now you're having the favour visited upon yourselves.

p.s: Smart arses love smart arses, so it's self gratification. Sod whether anyone else cares.

If alcohol is so bad that it needs taxing out of existance, why are there so many subsidised bars in the Houses of Parliament?
            it's in me shed, mate.

Exactly!!! wot he said, i smoke and enjoy a drink, dont do either to excess and it pi$$es me off that i have to pay through the nose for my "baccy" (although i always seem to find some cheapo baccy from someone who knows someone) now it looks like i'll have to pay more for my few pints of a friday night, more like money makeing by the gov to me, shoveing the price up wont do a dam thing to stop saturday night yobs kicking off, they'll buy it at any price, deal with the yobs not the drink, supervision orders and police cautions are a waste of time, courts need to back up the police more here,
and i did nowt about the smokeing ban!! what could i or any of the minotity (it seems) do, it should have been left to the individual pubs/clubs wether or not they banned smoking, family and food pubs fair enough but the small "local" or working mans clubs should have been able to decide for them selves, sometimes there's more skins outside our club smokeing than there is inside, Argggggg INTERCOURSE the whole effin lot of em
Too young to die and too old to give a toss

We could really trim down the population this way.
Also, Hospitals should refuse to treat anybody over intoxicated or over drugged.
There you go, just solved the housing problem, there will be huge estates empty when Gord adopts my plan.
Just been imagining this. And it probably would work. You would have a load of people who now wouldn't do drugs or things of that nature because it's illegal but probably would if it were legal. Then in your "plan" you would definitely bring back the age old natural selection process, a process which is pretty much exctinct for us due to hostpitals, Governments and medication.

I think there would also be a lot of music artists that would become exctinct too.
                Oh Nana, what's my name?

I'm not really sure mate. I had an idea of a post but sort of lost it halfway through writing. I knew I should have given up but I pushed on until the end.

They have gone for it in Portugal. But I think that drugs like Heroin should be available like aspirin (with an age limit of course)
then every now and then introduce 'double dosages' to kill off a few more thousand parasites.

Why would you want heroin available like aspirin?!

So that when a Crackhead wants a fix, instead of going to rob a house or a car for the 10 or 50 quid needed (I don't know current prices)

He can go to Tesco, buy a bumper pack for 39p (next to the Aspirin) and overdose happily in the nearest stairwell.

Just means you have more drugs on the street an more drug addicts..
