My Virgin broadband has been p!ss poor recently, I've done a few Speedtests over the weekend at different times and it's averaging out at around 2.5mbps.
This is from a fibre optic cable connection (allegedly) that's supposed to be delivering 10mbps. I rang up to complain and all faults for the phone or TV side are dealt with by a call centre in Scotland, but guess where the broadband helpline is based? Nowhere near bluddy Britain, that's a certainty.
After pressing numerous numbers on my telephone keypad I finally got an Asian gentleman who I could not hear, due to the terrible line connection. In the end I just gave up!
I'll try the cancellation department tomorrow!
