Lifting a Micra

Many thanks to Trev for directing me over here for some help...

He has posted a request and a link to a question i have in the "General disscussion" section.
Now i used to have a 1990 Landcrusier SWB...which would have been ideal to take to Mali in africa..across the Sahara etc etc...but that would have been too easy!!!....Instead i'm taking a 1990 Nissan Micra..the car is ready to go now!! (Got a bit excited and don't really go till xmas)..How about lifting it even slightly....any ideas?????

Yeah ok...i know you guys and girls are not into 1000cc micra's...but it would help me out....and...hey its all for charity as well as a ###### good laugh!!!

well cant say im familiar with the subject,can u have a gander underneath?is the body and chassis seperate?if so id go body lift,leave the suspension alone

Why not drop it onto the back of a Hilux and drive that instead ????

in that case it will be a nightmare,he could always go down the route of fitting much bigger wheels and tyres tho,just cut arches away ie some 4 stud primera wheels,put sum sort of at tyre on

Hey you got till chrimbo I would say take a zook or 4 track strip the body off and put the micra shell on top. Teck weekend? Cmon its for charity. What charity is it?
