  • Pic's of my new sensible family car....

After looking for a long time not knowing how and what I finally got rid of the Honda....

I needed a sensible 4x4 that would be able to handle some off-roading and is reliable...

So another 2.4 was no longer an option, then I thought of a 3ltr but I can't afford one....

So I have gone from this just to jogg all your memories...

to the new addition of the family.....

    It's still a Toyota......

    It's still 4x4....

    It's still a Diesel...

    Are you ready?

Proudly I present to you my new beast..................

    The TobyJug Mobiel...

K-reg Land Cruiser 4.2 TD Auto a low 87K on the clock,
It has been fitted with OME +2" shocks but running standard height OME HD springs.
Nice alloys with GG AT2's (tyres have only done a few thousand miles.

    Do you like it??????
One day at the time I guess..

    Love it.

I may be turning to the dark side myself at some point in the near future.

    Always loved LC's.
If its not broke don't fix it.

very nice Toby. They are a bit wide for UK lanes though, as Boyo has found recently

Maybe consider taking the flares off before they're ripped off?

How did you end up with a L.C working out cheaper than a 3.0L? Nice vehicle, btw.

Re MPG, it is probably equal to a 3:0...... a 3:0 V6 petrol that is
Mine WAS a 150 bhp V6 and ran on PETROL

Was Niall {Nmaclurg} on SMC and it was going for a terrific price.

It's looking good again now mate. I remember seeing pictures of it on Elite 4x4 after Niall had wrapped it round a tree. I didn't think it was repairable from those pics.

Nice to see it back on the road again.
