central locking help!

hi fellow surf drivers i have a problem with me surf( k reg 2.4) my central locking will lock up all the doors but when i open the car up only the drivers door opens! has any one else had this happen or heard of this? next how do i get hold of a wiring plan of the c/l system so i can have a go at fixing said problem. thank you tb.

Is this just with the key?

If it's with a remote fob does it just open the drivers door on the first press, then the others on the next one?

If it's just the key, I'm not sure if it's mechanical or electrical - someone on here should be along soon who knows..

Just a thought, with the drivers door open can you lock and unlock all the doors using the drivers arm rest control.

Also whilst wiggiling the wires that go from the car to the door does this make a difference to the central locking.

My sisters had a similar problem that was caused by a break in one of the wires in the door.
