I hope the person who commissioned this work of art is Welsh - it would make a nice connection!!!! Scottish maker, Irish wood etc
There was a harp maker in my home village in Pontycymer - Merlin Maddock - mental inventor genius. He developed an electronic harp.
Also built a penny farthing which was very difficult to ride, but a luagh once you had it.
