Just had a thought... where is his radio aerial? Can you get at the cable and accidently on purpose cut through it?

Dont cut the ariel cable put a pin through it and cut off any that shows. You should put a dead short between the inner and screen of the co-axiel cable it will fcuk his SWR and be very hard to trace.

I have some very very powerful RF amps here, used to generate very high RF fields. Use something similar with a directional antenna and fry the front-ends on all his radios. That would shut him up for a good while
