Wobble.

Please can you help?
My truck has a wobble. It is not coming through the steering.
It is like the whole of the truck is wobbling.
Please help.

Uj`s on the prop shaft? check if there is any play in them!

Yep, agree. Can be a really heavy vibration when it gets bad. Its very hard to diagnose on the truck, get the prop off and see if you have the full range of movement on each UJ, and / or if there's excessive play on either end.

Actually, one thing you can do is after a run, get underneath and feel how hot each bearing is. They will be slightly warm, but when they're knackered, they are bl00dy hot!
