Front diff oil change!

After grabbing a few hours here and there over the weekend (have to fit round family) i managed to get the oil and filter, rear diff, all grease points done and fixed the 4wd ADD system (defunct solenoid). Then thought i would change the front diff oil. Well i found the drain plug and i think i have found the filler but cannot see a way to access it without removing under tray and air con heat exchanger.

Do i really have to strip all that out?

I must admit i am tempted to pull the air con out and do the compresor conversion that i saw on here. Cannot remember who done it, but very neat!

Tried the air con tonight but i don't think the power is being switched to engage the compressor clutch.
