Roughtrax or Milners

Yes folks once again the burning question arises, which is better?,
the ink's run out in me free roughtrax pen now will roughtrax replace it free or will they charge, or would milners be cheaper, should i threaten Barry with my MP or just bite the bullitt and pay for a new one,

i'm really stuck as the lead in my pencil ran out years ago, WTF should i do?
