seeing as every one else likes it andy,im going to turn tide and say what a load of rubbish,you wouldnt catch me with something like that sticking out of the roof,to catch yer head on,youve ruined it man,god what were you thinking you spanner.

Actually it DOES look cr@p at the moment as it is 'naked' MDF and T&G flooring offcut! When its padded and covered in gray cloth it will 'hopefully' look almost factory. Also, the size has been chosen to clear heads in normal use.
At the moment, there are no drawings, just sketches, measurements, LOTS of measurements, but I will draw it up when I'm happy with it. I suppose a couple of templates might be an idea...Cutting steps in the roof of the worldComment

The banging ya head is a concideration! i have to sort of launch myself in and aim for the passenger seat then get my arse in position and angle my dody sideways and up, if i ever have a head on smack it'll take surgery to remove the roof consul from my head
