Leak !!

noticed some fluid around rear arch tonight , had a look and see some fluid on inside of tyre smells like diff oil [maybe wrong though]
so could some kind gent point me in the right direction of where its leaking from and maybe a link to the part i need to repair it , tia

What's the mileage?

As stated, looks like the seal has gone. If you are changing the seals you might as well change the bearings, coz it'll all be in bits.

If the seal has gone it's normally a sign that the bearing is starting to go.......... do you want to pay for the same job twice???

Mine done the same thing in earlier this year. The axle seal was broken and when taken apart found that the bearing was knackered too. Done both sides too

Mines in to get this sorted tomorrow.

Stupid question, but it'll only be the bearing and seal on the side of the leak that needs fixing right? I only got the rebuild kit for one side.

mine went both at the same time ....... replacing the one will be ok but wait for the other side to go in the future

Check your diff breather out as well dave...make sure thats not blocked, that can cause this.
