Hiya, I'm thinking about taking the plunge and buying a Toyota Hilux Surf 2.4TDi.... I'm buying it purely as a towing vehicle.
Can anyone advise me whether the following would be legal.....

2 x 17hh horses - 700kgs each
Total weight - 2400kgs
