It's a cost cutting execise. Rather than going to the trouble and expense of catching criminals, just make everyone do a few hours of community service. It will all average out and be fine. Honest. I hope you are right, but since Labour came to power there's a hell of a lot more folk working in the Public Sector - what's the odds on some pressure to put to bear on them to vote for GB & co

Just register in your mind ....whos idea it is....and all seems a lot clearer, I realy think he should return to his homeland, nothing against you lot north of the border but we have had more than our fair share of your countrys political rejects
