  • Wheel Spacers Refitted

Took advantage of the nice weather this morning and refitted the front wheel spacers. As expected I had to cut away a small section of the bumper / arch extension but it didn't end up looking too bad.

I can now get full lock without the tyres hitting the arches, the only trouble now is that they rub on the mud flaps on full lock. I'm considering removing the side steps and front mud flaps but I ain't too sure about how it will look.

S'funny you say that as I'm considering getting some bigger mudflaps (rally car stylee polythene flappy ones) as I'm sick of the sides of the truck being covered with shite when I've only been pottering round on the tarmac!

Mud is fine when there's a REASON for it, but when it just builds up daily from normal use it's a PITA.

Well that's made my mind up. The side steps may come off but the mud flaps stay!
