how did you guess, all was going fine until we lost our unborn twins, the owner turned round and said, oh well, you shouldnt be trying for more kids anyway as my partner had complications with our first!!

that did it for me, 5 years of loyalty and i even turned down 4 good job offers for him to be treated like that, man needs help.

yet i still stick up for the factors lol

That is desperately sad. a tragedy. But I cannot see how that can lead to posting threads ripping into Halfords or having digs at people on here. This does no good for you. I reckon you need to pull the thread and get a little help. Good luck.
              it's in me shed, mate.

Just to put this in perspective then, your ex-boss had one subtlety failure and suddenly it goes from 'everything fine', (and it must have been a decent job if you turned down several other offers), to 'the most poorly run of the lot'? It's a bitch what happened with regards to your unborns, and you have my sympathies, but a persons level of tact, (or lack of), has no bearing whatsoever on the specifics of how their business is run.

i am not on any high horse nor am i expecting sympathy, i was just making references and making points.
i dont mean to offend people and if i have then i apologise.

they are sooooooo expensive and there is always a motor factor nearby that will almost certainly be cheaper!!

                    why why why??
Because I get points via Hibernian rewards, my kids nice new kits are on the way

and it's nearer than the local motor factor if you need a bulb.

For anything else it's factors, they are open 7 days a week up here, even open on xmas day!

er no matt, is it a good move for you to mention tact? i have felt the brunt of your tongue before.

it WAS good, when i was in charge lol i cannot put the reasons as to why it is a poor company on hear as i would end up in court lol. again, i am just stating facts.

                        no harm ment.

Did I, at any point, even reference my own tact levels? That is irrelevant.

A fact is a fact when it is proven. Anything other is either opinion or hearsay. Mentioning a truth anywhere cannot get you penalised in any court. Only spreading untruths can do that. Unless you have a contract with some verbal silence clause that is, I would assume.

Btw, no offence/harm or anything else either taken or even suggested. I just happened to point out the fact that your opinion, (measured against the other information you have written), does seem somewhat biased and possibly flawed.

Oh, I don't know. The pigheadedness still seems to be as strong as ever with most on here. It's the enthusiasm which appears to be lagging somewhat.
