      If the vehicle has been clocked, what else have they done? I have a mint 1997 with 80,000 on the clock, but the cambelt was changed prior to delivery with the mileage sitting at 49,000 milesnot at a higher mileage. Very suspect.

        I don't think it's a ringer but do think it's been clocked...

        I'll attach the pic of the cambelt change sticker which dates back to july 2004 + plus of the clock now...

        as other people have said 5k is way over the top as there are so many 3rd gens to choose from, i paid less than 2k for mine its an r reg a few minor very light scratches not on bumpers , althoght it has 130k on it, still wouldn,t pay over 3k for one
