Thats a good price on that towbar - you getting a caravan to go on the back of the 3rd gen then?????

I had one of those early afternoon / next day things happen off ebay - but it was only a sensor in a jiffy bag, nothing too big lol

Good call on the campsite - my favourite place.

Tell me when you're there and I'll organise a weekend and we can crash your party - woohoooooo

Fitting the towbar tomorrow, been Hammeriting the underside of the truck today, looks well 'ard without a rear bumper!

Would any 3rd genners like a photographic write-up on fitting a towbar and electrics?

Well mine looks the same as the Roughtrax one but was 118 quid delivered. It was a special offer with single electrics pack plus towball and cover included.
The Rouightrax towbar doesn't come with elecrics or tow ball plus you'll have to pay for delivery on top of the quoted price.

                The choice is yours.

Umm, isn't supplying number plates without sight of a V5 document a criminal offence these days? Methinks someone should report this firm to the plod, as that's how car thieves can change numbers and others can clone your car's plates to avoid speeding/parking fines etc.

FFS!! there's no pleasing some people. Report the seller if it'll help you sleep.
Speeding/parking fines are backed up with photographic evidence these days.

I'm still waiting for the V5 from that super efficient organisation, the DVLA.

...and will the one you bought there still allow enough room for an underslung spare (e.g. does it just attach along the chassis rails?)

                      thanks

According to a place i went to last week, you don't need your V5 to get duplicate plates but the seller has to sell them blank, ie just your reg number with no writing underneith to say who's made them.

The only thing with that is when plod is behind you & see's it he gives you a tug, checks you out then lets you on your merry way.
