Hi all.
I have just bought a Toyota Surf SSRX 3.0 TD Manual Transmission (M-Reg)
I have been using a J-Reg Land Rover Defender 90 for the last 5 years for general running around & to tow my daughters twin axle Ifor Williams horsebox, just lately the Landy has began to show it's age & I was forever working on it.
I wanted a vehicle that will tow well & without me having to get the spanners out every 5 mins & after doing some research on the net, it appeared to me that the Surf 3.0TD was about the best?
Any info you can give a newbie like myself as to any technical tips, expected mpg, any gremlins to look for would be greatly appriciated.
I would post some pics of it, but as this is my 1st post, it doesn't look as though I am allowed to do that yet.
