Hi Hilux Surf folks 
I've just bought myself one of these beasts, a '93 3 door 2.4TD SSR-X. It needed a pair of batteries, and i've got a small blow on the centre pipe of the exhaust to fix and a rear wheel stud to change before I pop it in for its test.
I had a read of here last night and have started to cure the sticky back window, it moves now but i still want to remove and clean everything up a bit better, the only other thing that seems to be up is a slightly lumpy idle, it runs fine off idle however.Its been compression tested and come back OK so fingers crossed the head is ok too
I'd like to fit some 31 10.5 15's in the near future and try my hand off road.
