Anyone out there know the best (read cheapest) way to distribute a single scart source to around 8 - 12 TVs?

Missed a 10 way scart distribution amplifier on ebay the other night, which i think would've been just the ticket, didn't get any bids either, seller withdrew it half hour before the auction finished, contacted them but no reply.

I've seen there's plenty of BNC ones on there, but it there an easy way to convert BNC to scart and vice-versa, can't find any straightforward adaptors. Also ideally the sound from the scart would be distributed aswell, which would double the cost of leads and whatever to distribute the sound too with BNC wouldn't it? or does the BNC plug carry both the sound and video?

Anyone got any other ideas of places that might sell something that would do the job at a reasonable price other than ebay? Looked on rswww and maplin but can't see nothin.

If the signal is composite you could get a bnc - phono lead made up. You would have to get an audio splittter and run left/right audio too though. You can get the scarts with the yellow / red / white phono input to plug your leads into.

Scart to phono and vice versa. Then a phono to BNC connector on the end. Those leads are more widely available than the BNC ended ones.

Just cut the wire open, same on a spare few leads, then twist together the same colour wires. But remember to use plenty of insulating tape in case it rains.

Poor attempt. That's an obvious trolling post.
