Hi guys
I've acquired a petrol generator and a box that allows you to manually switch betweens mains and generator,
how much would you charge to install this on the meter tail before the consumer fuse unit, and
i have also got armoured cable and waterproof lugs to be fitted and an outside socket to plug the jenny into, a hole would need drilled through the exterior wall
and this wired in
so i have pretty much all the materials
i've been quoted 327 plus VAT for the labour
seems a bit steep for what i reckon is a 2-3 hour job ?
or maybe im just in the wrong job!
any ideas?
