Help please computer nerd needed

I downloaded google earth and now I have a box that pops up every time I turn my computer on that says google end user licence agreement then in the box it says this program cannot display the web page. It has no x to shut it down and when I right click on the task bar nothing happens. It does not affect the running but is doing my head in. Anyone know how to get rid.

If you go to your start menu in control panel you can add/remove items that your pc includes on start screen. You may be able to remove it from there or purge your cache and temp files. Windows eraser is a freeware programme that allows you to do this thoroughly and restore disc space. Hope that helps!
