  • Toolbar For Internet Explorer/Firefox

    Hi All,

I have just finished coding a really useful toolbar for your browsers.

It has got things that I know you will appreciate, because I do!

    Google Search etc.
    Clean History etc.
    Popup Blocker etc.
    Online Virus Scanner
    Anti Ads
    Adult Content blocker etc.

It has an option for you to make custom buttons as well.

It's easy to install/uninstall and is very good!

I would love you lot to try it as I want to make one specifically for hiluxsurf.co.uk for you all to use!

There are 2 versions, one for screen resolution 1024x768 and one for 1280x1024, the latter one has a few more features.

There is nothing dodgy about it, please try it and let me know what you think and any suggestions to use for the hiluxsurf.co.uk one.

    Toolbar 1024x768

    Toolbar 1280x1024 (More Features)

    Anyhow, let me know!

I am working on the hiluxsurf.co.uk at the moment, has anyone any ideas for branding?

Gary, offtopic but... Do you know any good offroading routes/clubs etc in NI? Just realised you're in Co Down - up near Belfast here, but from Scotland originally and don't know too much around here. Had a search for green laning in Ireland but couldn't find much

This is the only site I've found - http://www.offroadireland.eu/

Does look vaguely promising til you realise you can't even get their calendar without stumping up £25, and it proudly says 'last updated 2/6/08'

Will be, don't worry! Will be across to see the family in March for a weekend, will post dates in Scottishmudclub once we're booked. May sounds good too, I'll watch the dates...

Right, sorry, back to topic. Downloaded the extension. It's a .exe, and I'm running firefox on Ubuntu. Isn't there a standard way of getting firefox to install extensions? Means it's properly cross platform (that's half of what's made firefox so useful). Also, what does the toolbar offer that firefox doesn't already do?
