Lsd Or Not Lsd, That Is The Question.

If i jack the rear of the truck up & spin the NS wheel, the OS wheel spins the opposite way.

Does this mean i have a LSD or is it a LSD if they spin in the same direction.

Or am i talking crap "again" & you can't tell just by spinning them.

you are right, if you jack it up and spin a wheel and the other side spins in the same direction then you have LSD

had it on my 2.4 and miss it, didnt need 4x4 as often. 3 gen with LSD would be sooooooooooo nice with its open diff

'tis true. Thats the general view of Hilux friction plate LSDs on Yotatech anyway, they all fit lockers such as Detroit EZ locker or a Tru-trac LSD.

Milners sell DIY Detroit LSDs for Surfs for about 350 quid.
