Just for reference matt it it's slightly nearer the rad but still moves freely the blades look like they unbolt so the fans could be swapped as look the same soaking with wd40 atm to see if i can disassemble

They are steel into an alloy housing, so the WD40 shouldn't be needed. Just make sure you use the largest snug fit tip and give it a good sharp twist whilst firmly pressing down on the screwdriver to crack the seal between the screw and the housing.
