Hey bibs, i got an original nylon one from toyota last year only £25, piece of pi$$ to fit, just unscrew the cap, turn the radio on so the aerial pops out then guide the new one into position & have someone turn the radio off & it will find its own way in, simple.

P.S That wibbly wobbly one is a pain to fit BTW.
If its not broke don't fix it.

Nothin is easy when it comes to doin anything to mine so we are used to it. To be honest it gets a bit of a batterin anyway an is already a bit bent so the wibbly wobbly one will be much better for me.

Best thing to do is rip the old aerial out & just play your favorite steps cd all the time. hehe

depending how your stereo is wired in... disconnect the orange or blue wire.

blue is amp and orange is aerial, sometimes they;re back to front, which is why the amps turn off when playing CDs
nee nar nee nar, i'm a fire engine!

Aerial relay is up under dash on the brake pedal bracket. Large redish brown box. Unplug and aerial will be disabled.
