I've been reading up on this case and following it as it happened, it's a long thread but you get the gist after a few posts.

Note the very small joining fee £6 per annum which is very low considering they are fighting court cases, who is financing this really? rich landowners who have an interesting in getting ROW's closed maybe?
Yesterday the CPS dropped the case after 6 months and four court appearances by the guys, who had not done anything wrong so it seems.
Well done to them for fighting the case and well done to the guys who helped them
