does anyone know anywhere that i can get a roof bar for my gen2 3.0 and 4 rectangular spots for a reasonable price. its very dark and snowy where i am and im in need of some tidy lighting for the wilderness. they have to be reasonable power spots too. there is a lot of undulating terrain out here need lights in all directions, cheers

Just make sure you put driving lights or spot lights rather than fogs. Fogs give a diffuse beam that will give you more light splash on the bonnet and windscreen. Lots of lights are sold as 'spotlights' are fogs. If eblagging check what it has printed on the box in the pic

well i will be putting driving spots on. i want four. 2 pointing forward and the outside 2 pointing slightly up and outwards. lot of tress and foliage and wet muddy ground to cover up here. had to tow a landrover of a sill deep mudhole last night. my truck didnt even spin? and he still calls it jap-crapCompletely bitten by the off road bug, and what better vehicle to do it in!

all i need to do is find a light bar now. i need one for my surf which has no rails or gutters. does anyone know where i can get a roof bar fromCompletely bitten by the off road bug, and what better vehicle to do it in!

excellent cheers. i have found some thule roof bars on ebay, and i'll buy the 4 x 100w maxtel spots as well. not a bad price at 70 quid. i'll make my own loom and wire in with a relay. as they are 100w they are not legal to put onto the high beam but they look cool on dipCompletely bitten by the off road bug, and what better vehicle to do it in!
