Right, i found a little tyre place near me that'll do all five tyres changeover for £50, everywhere else i tried was from £15 - 18 a wheel, so i'll take it in asap for the tracking and mot,

Balljoint spacers also give more articulation to IFS set-ups.

Here's a write-up for anyone else fitting them...

Okay, I'm going to show my ignorance here (nothing new some might say), but are these ball joint spacers installed, after fitting rear coil spring spacers, instead of cranking up the torsion bars ?

              Yes mate!
Look at Biosurf's thread about his lift. It's the better way of doing it ( with FW hubs of course)

As tintin said, reason i went for spacers over the bars is i did'nt much fancy cranking my old bars up to the limit and spacers seemed to be the better option, up rated or +2" replacement torsion bars are a bit expensive and look a right sod to fit, if i need to i can also wind mine up a bit, say an inch, but i'm hopeing the 33'2 will be ok with a little hammering, like i said before i think i'm in for a bit of trouble there as my rims are reversed and that makes rubbing more likely,
anyway Jim you have the 33'2 on so what did you do? wind up the bars? or bigger body lift?

                  I've done both.

The CV angles are a bit extreme an i havent fitted fwh yet. So far ive only gone though 2 boots.
