with the fear of being ostracized i packed up smoking 10 years ago cold turkey, i was smoking caf'e cremes cigars at the time but i was starting to wheeze, get short of breath and generally felt rough in the winter especialy, so decided to give up, and found it suprisedly easy due i think to the fact that cigars don't seem to have the extra crap put in them like cigerettes, unfortuantly one of the side effects of not smoking is the fact that i piled on two stone with no effort at all

I gave up for 4 years in just the same way, unfortunately I started again slowly at first I would just have one a week then it crept to one a day and so on.
This time I am finding it difficult to stop so hopefully with a little help I will stop again, if I cant I can carry on using the Electronic cigarette as an alternative.

The "Virginia" is NICE!

Like smoking "Golden Virginia" roll ups!

Apparently the "Camel", "Marlboro" and "French Pipe" flavours are very realistic!

I think the Virginia is a very good taste and it leaves me very satisfied!

The main thing is persevere, have a cig every now and then if you want like I did but what I found was that the gigs started tasting shite and I prefered the E Fag!

At first, like everything, it will take a bit of getting used too.

I think the carts that come with the fag are "assorted" tobacco flavour, it says on the packets what strength they are.

I am using "Virginia" 24mg and I find the Nic hit is great!

I am very happy with it!

I really need to quit, my chest is fecked and I want to start training again!

The electronic fag is a million times safer mate because you are only ingesting nicotine.

If you smoked the e fag every day then you are "effectively" a NON smoker.

The smoke from burning tobacco contains over 4,000 different chemicals!

46 of which are CARCINOGENIC!

My brother has a E-Cig and I tried it last weekend, was smoking it with one of my roll ups, the cartridges were crap, but when he put in the Virginia it tasted very near the real thing, a bit weaker of course but could live with it.
