Well it arived today, had a little go with it & i have to say im impressed, taste's like the real thing.

Gunna start properly tomorrow, will smoke my last two real cigs tonight & from then on it's the electric one.

It's VERY important that you get a flavour and strength that satisfies you mate.

This guy is THE BEST in the UK, his juice is TOP quality!

I smoked 20+ a day so I am ok with the 24mg strength!

Have tried Camel, Virginia, French Pipe, & Tobacco flavour!

The Virginia is very realistic, just like a roll up!

My wife still smokes about 10 a day!

When she has just had one she smells really disgusting!

A few hours later and I can still smell the "stale" stink!

Also, a few times in Asda I have been walking around and smelled the smokers!

Yuk!

Really bad for non smokers, I must have stunk like that before I stopped!

Go to your doc's and ASK for HELP, I gave up over 12 months
ago, I used, a non nicotine tablet, "CHAMPIX",8 weeks, and I was
finished. Never been better. The only thing you need is,
WILL POWER. Don't even crave 'em, wife down to 3 a day now,
she can't smoke in my car, but it don't bother her now.

This medicine might make you feel dizzy or sleepy and so could impair your ability to perform potentially hazardous tasks such as driving or operating machinery. I have tried the miracle drug called "Zyban" and it made me FREAK OUT and run around the house having a major panic attack!

What we are doing "works" and it is "harmless" compared to drugs and cigarettes!

works for me m8 i know 40 a day alot but not compared to what i normally smoke a day its a vast drop but then im a heavy smoker n it helps wit depression so all good im cutting down next time i get the filters i go smaller dose

no m8 your right its what ever works i cant have patches as they didnt touch me couldnt have zyban cause of depression n those other stupid plastic things i kept lighting lol
