handbrake coming right out will be exactly what Rod said mate, too much shite in the rear drums, and the self adjusters are probably worn, clean the drums out, refit them and adjust the handbrake at the bridge/saddle in front of the fuel tank. It's a 20 minute job once practiced and you'll be doing it everytime you so much as sniff at the mud if the self adjusters are shot.
