procomp es 3000 or 9000? & what springs?

ok, if I do go for the procomps I will go for whichever they have.
What would your good self go for in the shock range and what springs, i think you said lc80's but I cant find them anywhere

I think if you search milners for HDJ80, thats them. There must be something as tall but not as stiff around... that might be a better bet. NOT that they are no good, but they certainly aren't optimum.

Standard LC springs like I got from Lovely Boyo? Same lift but less stiff than the uprated Milners ones (he says hopefully as GWH and Tintin are arriving bright and early tomorrow to help fit them)

Have to get them from someone breaking though. New from toyota they are....... wait for it...£195. Each.
