  • procomp es 3000 or 9000? & what springs?

i need new shocks for MOT and i cant decide over the procomp 3000 or 9000, so i'm going to leave it open for you guys to decide for me.
i have a 2" lift at the front and a 3" lift at the back and i do like going green laneing, hope this helps.
also what spring should i go for?, from what i have read i need LC80's but i cant find them anywhere online, so where can i get some from and how much are they?
    will

3000 are softer, but most on here including me have the 9000.

I've got the 9000's on mine and the handling on road is much better.

The shocks came from RoughTrax's and the uprated springs were from Jokers old truck, you know the ones he had on when his truck blew up, the same ones that Toby had when his truck blew up, the same ones i had when my truck blew up, Them!!

just to verify, the landcruser springs will be OK for the 3" lift i want replacing?
if so i will order some es9000 and a pair of the springs.
how easy are they to fit, do i need any special equiptment.
                        will

get a pair of spring compressors from halfords and that will save you alot of hassle
It should take you about 3hrs max to do the springs and 4 shocks and thats taking tea breaks aswell
