I dont wanna make plates either! I just thought it was a useful addition when people keep breaking the plastic ones offroad.

I'm only 95% sure on this, but I think the 'Registered plate monkey' rule only applies in Ingurland and Wales, not Scotland. So long as it's reflective and the right size, it's legal up here.

Not from the 30th November! The DVLA have extended the registered plate stuff to north of the border (Road traffic act 2006 I think)
