####ing DHL done it again....

I have been waiting for a parcel with print for a new client..
This is crucial as they own about 15 to 29 shops in this area so got potential to spend a lot with me..

I finally managed to track the parcel today and it was going to be send back to the sender as it was sat at their deppot for 7 days....

Now that does not look good for me..

I am hoping the client will forgive me and re-order..

well the parcel said 159 as house number (that is me..) and the drivers sheet 59...
So they only tried to deliver twice at 59 rather than trying 159 as stated on the parcel....

But hey got it to the client in the end cost me £20 diesel tho to collect...

Sue DHL for your losses. As for the customer, ditch them! If they don't know how many shops they have (15-29 is a fair spread?) they're not worth the hassle...

haha the 15 to 29 is my typo lol I ment 15 to 20...
and they have never told me lol I just know that they have around about that amount of shops..

So I wudn't wanna loose them over a printjob going wrong as they spend a bit with me....
They have all ready ordered more now....

And yeah I will deffo send a letter to DHL.... see what I can get out of em....
