Maybe good news on the horizon..
Called in on Monday as i was passing(ish) en-route to Bristol.
I found they were no longer at the address stated, i did a bit of sniffing round the estate and found their new address & number (still in the car ill post it later).
Basically a new bloke has bought them out (Richard Fraiser) and he was very apologetic that my goods had not arrived (ordered 17th Sept'). He was expecting 4 pallet loads of goodies yesterday and promised my bits would be sorted and in the post today. He said he would also refund the postage as a small compensation.
So..hopefully this could mark a turnaround in reliability..??
