After dragging their feet for 3 days the police finally got it together and gave me the details of the toe-rag drunk driver who damaged my surf at the weekend. Its amazing what a e-mail to sussex police HQ does. I had the details 5 Mins in to his shift!!!! lmao

This is still pending!!! they only sent me his name and address . He hasnt produced his insurance details yet!!!

I think you may well be in the shit anyway as i am certain that anyone who is done for drink driving now they're insurance is invalid.It may pay you to check up on this aswell as i may be wrong.

Thanks for the heads up ! Iv already checked .It invalidates his insurance but the third party is ok . So he has to pay for his own damages but his insurance will pay for mine .

That is correct with most insurers, however all insurers have to pay third party liability by law. You should be OK if he has insurance.

i was with lifesure but they don't cover the mods on the truck new for old and just wanted it noted what mods were done.I'm now with Adrian Flux who cover for off roading also aswell as new for old on all mods done

Im with Adrian Flux and they have been brilliant so far!

Only trouble i have ( and you cant tell anyone this) they sent me a L200 pick up as the replacement for the surf pmsl

Iv told them to pick it up as its useless lol
