Oh......Well there's your problem. If you have any mental health problems at all, that stuff will drive you crazy. No wonder you can't sleep.

i know ya would think so many do
but i have had all the tests i am very open with my doctor
i dont hide the fact
its money worrys matey and not my worrys some 1 close to me is having problems big problems

Usually u find all this stems from years ago, go to the Doc he will refer u. then let the experts do there job, they sit and pick away at you bit by bit and eventually u start calming down. the amount off times i went in at the start off the session and they said , so what have u been up to, I said nothing much not really much to talk about, then for the next hour i talked, Cryed, laughed. I went for 8 or 9 sessions and at first i thought it wasnt working but bare with it and by the 8th session i felt a massive weight off my shoulders and a happier man. Hope u take the advice from all on here good luck mate let us know how u get on P.S counsellin/anger management is nothing to be ashamed off.
