Oh Crap! just found out from the police this guy is polish and been in the country 3 years and not changed his license to a uk one . You guessed it hes not insured either. I knew this would ###### happen to me again !

always sorry to see motors damaged by idiots, its strange how the police can be following a brit and probably do a check on them find them ilegal and pull them, never seem to hear about immigrants going through the same process untill its to late and they either wreck something or kill somebody, it makes me so mad.
