3rd Gen with no wheel arches - unusual?

Hey all,

Just wondering if it is common for 3rd gens to come with no wheel arches fitted?

Also, is it easy to remove the wheel arches if they are on, and will it look OK like that?

very Nice thats got me thinking my wind deflect ores r off my side steps r off even my mud flaps r off wheel arches ? mmmmm .

I aint seen many without the arches an they can be removed..


Personally i think they look cack without. 2nd gen can pull no arches off better then a 3rd gen but for me... its gotta have them

I think it would look better without, mainly because then perhaps you would sell them to me. Let me know if you decide to.

I am just wondering what to do to make a 3rd Gen better looking - a lot of the ones I see with all the plastic body trimmings look not great to me - the 2nd Gen has a better look in general I think, but I am considering a 3rd Gen due to upgrades on the transmission / boot door / safety / engine.

If I got a 3rd gen with all the trimmings, would the paint be marked underneath them usually?
