OK, so at the moment Pete owns his Surf and he's still got the Calibra. He was going to sell the Calibra but no-one seems to be buying any cars these days so decided to keep it.
Now the question is - He has got Fully Comp insurance on the Surf and on his insurance policy it says that he can drive any other car and be covered 3rd party on that car. He has got NO insurance on the Calibra, but it is taxed and MOT'd. Is he allowed to drive this car or does it have to be insured by someone? The reason I'm asking is if he gets stopped by the police whilst driving the Calibra or he gets scanned by them, that car will show up as NOT INSURED...
Does this post make sense??

he will get done for it ....thats why insurance companies do dual car insurance
he will just tell him that his insurance company told him it's fine! The more I tell him that the police won't give a stuff what anyone said to him as it is still him in the wrong and that he is the one that will get nailed, the more he kicks against it!!
