    What thread are the breathers?

    I've got a load of brass bar and feel like getting some more practice on my lathe...

    <edit> Just noticed 1/8" BSP. I'm gonna make the blingest breathers you've ever hidden under your truck! (Got some already, but what the hell, I like making stuff)

              Not unless you're wading. Wading causes the diffs to cool, the air inside contracts and it can suck water into the diff through the standard breathers if they're submerged.

                i use my truck for off roading too and the floods in yorkshire

                        cost of mine?

                        pipe-free
                        fittings- free
                        cable ties- free
                        labour-free
                        filters- dunno, don't have them yet.

                        joys of being a coachbuilder.

                        btw, mines are pretty bling, stainless steel 6mm fittings to 6mm black pipe into 6-8mm black abs fitting into blue 8mm pipe. nice.

                              cost a tenner takes about 2 hours at the most if ya able bodyed like
