A busy 2 days

Fitted new timing belt, tensioner and idler, new water pump, new belts, new radiator, new harmonic balancer, changed all the water hoses, full engine service, fixed the viscous coupling (70000 cSt oil), changed the top seals on the injector pump, removed all the air con gubbings, removed a load of unused brackets and stuff, changed the front diff oil and removed my wee dead bird.

All in all a good productive weekend

Now all I have to do is see if my cooling issues are fixed! Oh, and I've lost my thermostat!

I wouldn't personally run it without a 'stat. You'll lose the temperature regulation of the coolant system. It'll spike up and down like buggery.
