    well i put a deposit down on a Surf yesterday, a 93 2.4 SSRX auto, hopefully i will pick it up middle of next week!

    seems to have all the toys, some big chrome bullbars, spots and the winter pack.

    can't wait!

            thanks guys!

            i must admit, it did feel strange when i test drove it... i normally drive a MK1 MR2!

            its quite a shock when you find you can easily crawl under a car to take a look at it

            oh, and thanks to whoever moved my thread!

              Sorry,I'm looking to buy a surf soon and as a total newbie,whats a 'winter pack'?I guess chains and the like but put me out of my misery please.

                (someone correct me if i'm wrong here) but the winter pack is dual batteries and a rear heater

                out of interest, is the rear heater electric or plumbed into the cooling system?

                    well it just gets better thanks i am now a proud owner of a winter pack and didnt even know it lol yippppppppppppppppppppe carnt wait for winter now NOT!!!!!

                      Dual batteries and a rear heater????????
                      I have a seperate heater in the back but where do i find the second battery????? i seem to have just the one!!
                      If it aint broke...........give it some more abuse!!!!!!!!
                      I gave it some abuse.................and it broke!!!!!!!

                        if it has two batteries fitted one will be on the left front side and the other on the right front side under the bonnet (infront of the headlight units)
