  • can an engine temperature monitor be used on the Mazda Bongo

    Hi folks,

This is my first attempt on a forum so don't be to hard on me if I sound like di**khead.
Our kids have recently bought a 2.5 Mazda Bongo and would like to know if there is a kit available to monitor the engine temperature also is it a DIY job (Dad) me is quite handy with the spanners and screwdrivers and how much is the kit likely to cost, oh and where can I get one.

Don't see why one wouldn't be available for a Bongo.

      Ask here -

          Bongo engine monitor enquiry

          Hi Folks
          Thanks for your replies.

Tobyjug, no I don't drive a surf I have a Scenic for everyday use, and our fun vehicle is a 7 mtr campervan with a 125cc Honda tucked inside it so we can get top all types of motorsport activities.

Antsheil, thanks for the Haydn Callow contact it looks like just what is needed to save the engine from cooking just because of a small leak in the cooling system and it looks quite easy to fit,

          Thanks again

Maybe a better bet than a Toyota forum?
