I bought two 80 litre clear plastic boxes with lids today for the bargain price of £6.49 each. These will be my header / settling tank and my collection tank, with the filters in between.
I plan on using the clear poly hose I have lots of for the pipe runs, but the tank connectors / hose fittings I've seen have rubber seals. Will the veggie be OK with these, or do I need to replace them with fibre washers before my garage gets a coat of stinky, oily preservative due to eaten away seals?
